A Message From Our Founder
Hello! My name is Chris Browder, founder of Smoke Detector Services LLC. As a retired U.S. Air Force veteran and Professional Firefighter with over 26 years of experience, I have seen the devastating effects of house fires on people’s lives and property far too often. This is why I am passionate about helping families stay safe through our fire safety services.
Why I Started Smoke Detector Services
To address this issue, we founded Smoke Detector Services in 2017. Our company is dedicated to providing St. Louis metro area customers with properly installed and maintained smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, as well as other fire safety services, such as dryer vent inspection and cleaning, and fire extinguisher inspection, recharging, and sales.

At Smoke Detector Services, we believe that early detection is the best protection. That's why we offer an annual service plan that includes smoke detector maintenance and replacement, carbon monoxide detector maintenance and replacement, dryer vent inspection and cleaning, and fire extinguisher inspection, services, and sales.
